3. Intellectual property

The structure of the website, the texts, the visual identity, the logo, the mascot “l'expert AcquiScan”, the databases built by the publisher and the software are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction, representation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, without the publisher's prior written authorization is prohibited and constitutes infringement (Articles L.335-2 et seq. and L.342-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).

The business-sale listings presented in the service come from third-party platforms (Transentreprise, Bpifrance Transmission and their partners): they remain the property of their authors and publishers. AcquiScan presents an analysis and a limited extract of them and always links back to the original listing. The names Transentreprise, Bpifrance, Place des Commerces and other brands mentioned belong to their respective owners; AcquiScan is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by these organizations. Company data comes from public sources (the French government's business directory, Annuaire des entreprises, and the BODACC), reused in accordance with Etalab's Open Licence (Licence Ouverte).

4. Liability

The publisher strives to ensure that the information published is accurate but cannot guarantee that it is complete. Analyses, scores and answers produced by artificial intelligence are provided as decision support and do not constitute professional advice (see the terms of use). Links to third-party websites do not engage the publisher's responsibility for their content.
