Yes: during the beta, AcquiScan is free, with every feature and no credit card. The end of the beta will be announced in advance; a paid plan will then be offered, and you will never be charged without your consent.
Is AcquiScan available in English?

Where do the listings come from?
From public business-transfer platforms: Transentreprise (the network of French Chambers of Commerce and Chambers of Trades) and Bpifrance Transmission. AcquiScan reads them continuously, 24/7, and only keeps those that match your criteria.
Is the score out of 100 reliable?
It is calculated by artificial intelligence using only the published information (price, revenue, EBITDA, description) and official data when the company can be identified. It is an excellent sorting tool, not the truth: AI can make mistakes. Always check the figures and get advice from a chartered accountant and a lawyer before committing.
Do I need a finance background?
No. Each analysis explains in plain words what matters (profitability, price relative to EBITDA, risks, questions to ask), and the AI expert answers your questions at any time, even from your phone.
How do the alerts work?
Through Telegram, a free messaging app. Once you have connected your account (it takes less than a minute), you receive every new business that matches your criteria, with its score, within minutes. You can reply to the message to ask the expert about that listing.
Is my data protected?
Your account and settings are stored in a database hosted in the European Union. Only the AcquiScan server accesses it directly; the administrator may view an account solely for support, security or improvement of the Service, and every view is logged (see our privacy policy). We do not sell any data and use no advertising trackers. You can download or delete your data at any time.
